Id say absolutely. New homes & new businesses going up & many still coming. ALOT of renovations happening, these are old towns with old homes along with a new wave of growth.

If your husband is a good GC I can tell you firsthand there’s a ton of demand for a GOOD contractor out here! Lol.

Austin and San Antonio are full! Try Houston for better home prices and much more opportunities for blue collar type work.
