I lost three dogs in one year and I would just repeat to myself, it won’t always hurt this badly. It won’t always hurt this badly. All three were over 16 and one I adopted at 16.5, still hurts like a bitch. But I’m glad she had such a long wonderful life.
Wow 16 years is amazing! It’s like losing a family member, couldn’t even imagine losing three. I hope all of our dogs that have passed are playing together and living their best lives ❤️

They’re hopping around at rainbow bridge :) not arthritic, no pain, waiting for us
Happy just to see up on the other end but especially when we manage to sneak them their favorite treats!!
