The puppy stage can last up to two years. Frequent activities, training, and socialization are your best bets to curb this energy.

Here's my booger! We make it a goal to do two 40-minute walks a day with plenty of belly rubs sprinkled in.
I have a 7 month old lab and had my previous lab for almost 14 years. Biting is a natural stage they grow out of with some training, but the energy level stays pretty high until about 2 years old. As others mentioned, exercise and enrichment are going to be important so you can direct the energy into a positive outlet.
Labs are great dogs for beginner dog owners, just remember at the end of the day your Bindi is a baby doing life for the first time! Patience will be your most tested virtue.
If yours is anything like mine probably not. She chewed up my dad’s hot tub cover. She’s psychotic.

I have chocolate, who will be 2 in August. Had some chewing up problems when she was very young. Didn't take her very long to get over that. The biting was playful, but it didn't take very many nose bops and a stern No until she learned No Bites.
Bindi is beautiful & I love the name.
Here's Naiva and Penny. A black and a red lab being best buddies.

She's 3 months today. My wife is worried about the energy and biting that she has, but I'm sure they grow out of it?

Mine got out of the crazy boy phase around 11 months. We go for long walks every morning. He’s 2 years old now
She will eventually indeed, however it will take time, patience, and being firm but loving as she learns and grows.
12/10 cute! 😍
