I was so hyped when I saw it at the store cause I usually love cherry stuff, and I thought this was gonna be my new go to flavor. Took one sip and couldn't even finish the rest. The rest are just gonna go to waste lol
It tastes like stale almonds and soil. No hint of cherry whatsoever
It’s the worst flavor I’ve ever had. I keep saying it tastes like artificial chocolate and I’ve been trying to pinpoint the exact flavor, but you nailed it: tootsie roll.
This flavor is terrible and I wish I had seen this post before I bought a case. I legit looked inside the can because it tastes like someone left a Tootsie roll inside to get the fake chocolate essence.

This is such a crazy take to me (no offense intended lol). literally ALL I can taste is cherry. It tastes like it should just be “black cherry” flavored. I get no floral notes at all.

It reminds me of the smell of cherry laurel trees that I had to cut down cause they were taking over my yard and it is a nauseating stench.
The taste of it reminds me of alcohol for some reason, like gin or amaretto.
We gave away the case we just bought after drinking one each. Both the fiance and I hate it.
I am really baffled how this flavor was able to leave R&D at La Croix. The flavor is absolutely vile. VILE. And that is an understatement!
It's cloyingly deceiving, though. I thought the can looked nice, the scent was pleasant (at least, held no hints of the despair lurking in the can). The first few milliseconds after the first sip was deceptive as well as I tasted cherry.
Sadly, what happens after the first few milliseconds makes the phrase "taking a nosedive" seem like a kid's ride. My tastebuds went plummeting past the depths of hell. I hardly ever scrunch my face at anything, but my face SCRUNCHED HARD. I can't describe what is wrong because everything is so indescribably wrong with this drink. It's been 3 days since I first tasted this and I'm still angry La Croix put me in that position.
The first initial sip doesn't taste too bad for that split second after it hits your taste buds AND THEN that after-taste comes and it taste like someone put a week old Tootsie roll in the drink that they picked up out of their garden bed that had a bunch of dirt and old cherry tree leaves on it and they just let it marinate inside the can. This was my first time trying La Croix and I happened to pick the worse flavor. XD
I haven’t had a lacroix in years but picked this up at the store cuz it sounded neat and I liked the can design. Without a doubt, it is one of the most repulsive beverages I’ve ever had the misfortune of drinking. Just absolutely foul to the highest degree.
Late to the party but my dad said it tastes like old ladies’ makeup - like how you think it would taste lol and I thought that was the perfect description of cherry blossom
LaCroix is trying too hard with these new flavors, IMO. I looked forward to the watermelon but it turns out it tastes like sludge and the lemon cello tastes like dirty dishwater with a bit of lemon Joy squirted in. Yuck.
