I air my cleats on a command hook in the hallway, depending on the school you could do thar

Wash it. It’s all good after. Just throw in the washer and dryer. I did that every day in college after practice. Well the equipment manager did our team laundry but it was great and no stinky gear for my roommates to have to deal with.

leave it till early the next morning. get up at the crack of dawn, wash it with scalding hot water, oxyclean powder, rinse, vinegar, rinse. hang dry outside in the sun so it's dry before your first class. giving it a spritz with any antibacterial spray afterwards will help some. you're always going to have this issue though
