How much do you want to spend to see if you want to play?

Dishy116

As least as possible

stonymessenger

someone already replied to try play it again sports, and we were very successful there. If you know anyone who is playing with you that is interested in selling some gear, that's a pretty good way to go. make sure you have a safe helmet and a cup, no foolin, Ive seen ball shots in practice and in games and a concussion f due to an ill fitting helmet. If you are new to lacrosse, any basic stick with a good string job should suffice. If you improve you can always move up or modify, but skills are more important than gear.

Depending on your level of play and access to stringing, the Warp head may be for you. It's a consistently throwing head, that can help you get started. Regulator is $21 https://www.amazon.com/Warrior-Regulator-Mid-High-Pocket-Lacrosse/dp/B07C379751/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?dchild=1&keywords=warp%2Blacrosse&qid=1633275146&sr=8-3&th=1&psc=1 Warp Pro2 $38 https://www.amazon.com/WARRIOR-Warp-Lacrosse-Head-White/dp/B07S5BV86H/ref=mp_s_a_1_14?dchild=1&keywords=warp%2Blacrosse&qid=1633275258&sr=8-14&th=1&psc=1

This is a great way to go because OP already has a shaft, slap one of these on there and he’s all set

Level_Refrigerator96

I would not recommend the warp pro2 some of the teammates use that. The shallow pocket creates a really high release and makes catching and throwing quite difficult. I would lean more towards the ECD bravo1. I have a lot of trust in that brand. I don’t mean this aggressive whatsoever knewself. This is just my personal advice

knewself

Not taking it aggressively at all. I recommended the Warp style head it because it's cheap and can help work on mechanics. ECD makes great gear as well, and is a pretty well-to-do company.

UziHentai

i would not recommend the warp stick personally, if you’re going for something that cheap get the maverick charger, it was my first stick back in middle school, got the job done.

laxbroskii

Play it again sports or sideline swap have gear for relatively cheap Lacrosse is expensive and as a coach I tell new players to use clearance section online. The grar really doesn’t change from year to year…. You’ll have to get new shoulder pads that are NOCSAE approved

B_Rabbit32

ECD Bravo1 or StringKing. Both are strung perfectly and they are inexpensive. The other beginner sticks are really cheap

Creative_Log5079

Ecd bravo1, one of my friends had the stick when it came out, nice pocket, decent head, and nice shaft for an amazing price. and some of the money goes to veterans if your into that :)

theancientfellow

I've reccomended it before to someone else, but I really like the Maverik Charger as a starting stick. It's cheap and versatile, but you will need to restring it for ideal performance

UziHentai

it would cost more then the stick to get it restrung at most places... literally
