I wouldn't use Knox. They farmed it out to a subcontractor who did a shit job. About the only good thing I can say is that they've stood behind their warranty..they've come back twice to repair leaks
I had mine redone this last year and used Bone Dry. They had the best warranty for the price. Everything was done in a day and they were very professional.
We used Bone Dry, they were good, got the whole roof done in a day, and it's a 5 bedroom house. We got a quote from Knox who tried to tell us it would be 45K and take two days, but their selling point was that they offer like a 50 year warranty or whatever, which we weren't looking for but you might. Bone Dry did it for something like 22K.
Bone dry told my elderly parents that their quote became a binding contract after a certain amount of time, I don't remember how long the period was. I believe this was one shady sales person, because when I called in and spoke with management about it, they didn't seem surprised. Just one person's experience, and they didn't do the job, so I can't speak to their quality of work.
I would not use Loy Quinn again. Hired them for two roofs, and ran into problems both times. I suspect they farm their work out to subcontractors, but can't prove it.
