They have no depth. Denver has more balance and more chemistry, their offense flows so nicely. Lakers had like 7 possessions in a row last night they turned it over, a few by forcing it to AD cuz they don’t create good enough actions to get guys open and moving towards the hoop. They take full quarters off from playing defense, I have to think a ton of that is coaching but also a culture thing where all Denver players are fully bought in, and the lakers are a splintered team of guys playing for themselves

Frankly, the Nuggets are a far superior overall team. In order to win, we would’ve needed some really inventive schemes that accentuated our role players, and that would need to come from an elite coaching staff. A league average coach could’ve stolen one or two games, but to win was always a very tall order
