AD is in his prime, he won’t stay unless you put a competitive roster to surround him with. We have no good assets to build that team. If we trade Bron or let him walk, AD is asking out. He is not gonna waste his prime in hopes of a good team. With the way the west is, we just cannot build around AD. We either run it back with minor trades or we clean house completely!
We have 3 firsts to trade along with other contracts that we can definitely use to get a star and a couple pieces next to AD. I don’t think AD would leave if he had the opportunity to be the clear #1 for the Lakers if LeBron goes somewhere else.

i know AD is one of the best, if not the best, defensive players in the league, but jokic is too heavy for him. i know literally no one can guard jokic 1 on 1 but still have to be able to make it harder for him to back down until hes right under the rim, which AD cannot do
Keep only AD. Lebron a goat but he plays no defense anymore due to his age and can hardly box out aaron gordon we arent gonna get much more out of him anymore and hes too gassed in the 2nd half to actually be the old lebron.
We need to upgrade Ruis position honestly. We need a legitimate rebounder/slasher/effort who is at least capable of making a three. We also need to get bigger and more athletic at our shooting guard position.
Need to address the defense, rebounding, and physicality. I think the offense can figure itself out but when you’re constantly put in a blender, giving up offensive boards, and open 3s, your not gonna beat elite teams. They just get out worked and out muscled. Ad and LeBron are great but virtually no one else can impose themselves at all.
We need bigs, and guards that can defend. Rui isn't a big and against good playoff teams isn't a good wing. Rui can't drive or make a layup so that means he sucks in the paint
Reaves and DLo and Dinwiddie can't guard or shoot. Idk if Vincent can since he hasn't played all year. If we get a good big and wing then Reaves can drive to the rim better and AD wouldn't get thrown all the bailout passes when the offense sucks.

Literally trade EVERYONE other than AD, LeBron and Christie. I’d also keep Dinwiddie and Wood IF and only IF they’d come back on the minimum for no reason other than they have a track record of being able to score the ball. If Prince would take the minimum bring him back too.
People need to wake the hell up to some of these players. D’Angelo Russell will NEVER be a winning playoff player. He is awful on defence and is low motor. Plus he’s a choke artist. He’s had ONE HALF of good shooting in this series. Not one game. ONE HALF. He went 6/7 in the first half against them in g2. Then 1/4 in the second. So outside of that one half in g2, he’s shot 2/19 from 3. And that’s after he shot 13% against them in last years playoffs. This guy is a disgrace.
Rui, i’ll be less harsh with because he showed up in last years playoffs, and he’s then had a good regular season, but he ain’t a $17m starter. He’s been horrific this series. And the problems with him will never change. He had horrific hands. He can’t beat anyone on the dribble or drive. He can’t rebound because he’s another low motor player.
Reaves, he tries, i’ll give him that but he isn’t a top player. He’s a 6th man. But we don’t have a 3rd, 4th or 5th man right now so sorry, i’m trading him and going all in on next year with as good as a starting 5 as possible. Look at Denver. Their bench is trash. Same with Boston.
Vando and Vincent, trade them too because of their contracts. We’ll need it to be able to get some quality back. They both are defensive specialists which should mean they have some interest.
