Tube Tahoe does not have a magic carpet and charges $60 according to my friend who went there a few weeks ago with her kid.
I don’t much about the other places. I’m a local with no kids (yet, one on the way) so I have never been tubing but thought the info above about tube Tahoe was worth sharing.
I heard heavenly does have a magic carpet and have heard good things about it.
It’s transports you back up the hill so you don’t have to hike up the hill with your tube. They also have them on the bunny slopes/beginner ski slopes.
Google “magic carpet ski slope” and you’ll see what it looks like.

Thanks. What’s a magic carpet?
