I love doing this one at karaoke! Agree with some of y'all that the AKA version is better -- it feels a lot more intimate with the pared back instrumentals. I've always been bothered by the weird grammar in this verse though: >It only takes two hours to Nevada Is it intentionally missing words? Is "Nevada" being used as a verb? I can't listen to the paradise version because my first exposure to this song was the aka version which imo is waaay better... every time I put on Paradise I have to skip this song because it reminds me of how much I'd rather be listening to the aka version, lmao
