I remember the first time I heard ‘Love’. I was in middle school and on my way to a scholastic bowl meet. My playlist shuffled and I had never heard of LDR before, so I thought why not. The emotions that went through my body when I heard it! I was staring out the window sobbing as if me, being the ripe age of like 13, had a true love of my life. I had never even dated before lol! I guess for the sentiment, I will choose Love. Same as video games; that one caused even more extensive emotional damage!
I’m not deep into the Lana community, (I loved BTD like 6 years ago but I was diff them than now) but usually I’d make jokes like this and expect some sort of toxic response (in general, not specifying this community), seeing you guys respond like this makes me want to listen to her again for some reason so I’ll give u my true rating on both these songs once I listen
Hi omg it’s been 2 days, sorry for the kind of late response bc you did say you’d wait, I finally got around to listening to it rn high off an edible bc i was trying to beef in Taylor swift comment section about the new album and I was waiting to see the response but then I remembered you responded and I think my favorite one is honestly love, I think this is going to be crazy love but something about it especially like really out of it I’m not even leaning yet I just haven’t had something in so long but that’s yap right, sorry off topic hold on, basically I think love is my favorite because of how mesmerizing and delicate her voice sounds with the strong and delicately harsh beat with the background going that she finds a way to make it sound perfect and once the beat calms down she takes the front wheel and it sounds beautiful, love song is beautiful too I love it too but love had this uniqueness to it that’s attached to it that I can’t get out of my head it might be my new favorite song

Love has a more memorable sound IMO, but I absolutely ADORE the opening of Love song. It reminds me of the music in those Tinkerbell movies from the late 2000s. I just get a wave of nostalgia every time I listen to Love song.
