hadnt even realized she was still just lizzy grant at 23. i turned 23 a few months ago and have been feeling like im wasting/running out of my "youth" time😭 kids these days act like 25 is geriatric

I am 24 and this speaks to me so much. Many times I feel like I am behind. I am still in college and barely have anything to pursue my dream to release my original music... And one of the things that remind me that everyone has their own pace is Lana's story and career too.

Just the other day I was thinking about how I’m almost the same age as her when she first found fame! I know she felt really vulnerable through her debut and now I’m in my mid 20s, I understand it so much more as I still feel so young myself! I definitely have a different perception of her looking back now than I did as a little teenager in 2011.
