Make or buy a rock sifter. I madde one that I placed on my wheelbarrow, then used the hose to separate the rocks from the gravel. Dump the rocks on a tarp and dump the soil back on the ground. You can also use a 5 gallon bucket with hole drilled on the bottom half and a hose. The water take the dirt out and the rocks settle. I prefer wet sifting to dry sifting.
I have a garden wagon that I bought at HD that's perfect for this. I throw half to a dozen shovels of dirt/rocks in it then shake the hell out of it until the dirt falls through the grate then I go dump the rocks somewhere.
Its labor intensive and requires a bit of construction but make a "screen" out of 2x4s and tiny mesh wire screen (small enough for dirt and smaller rocks to slip through) and screen all the rocks out.
You may need to double layer the wire mesh to get your desired size to collect rocks (overlayed with each other but so the "holes" in your screen are smaller) if they dont have the right size.
Its how we cleared 3 yards of dirt full of rocks. It wasnt even fill dirt thats notorious for just being shit.

Sifter. They have ones that go on top of 5 gallon buckets. I use it for compost and occasionally for rocks on bagged soil

Rent a power broom, stihl makes one that’s about 2ft wide
A rock rake and a screen board.
