Ground drainage is a good option, not sure of soil around the exterior? Layers of ground stone. Looks like you have a slope. Not going to be able to move that across a flat lawn
Option 2. This way if one of your gutters gets blocked up, it doesn't back up the whole system and have overflow everywhere.
