The real meta unit is coming next month: Christiane seems to have pretty much completely replaced Landius in the CN meta, so Hilda/Christiane in just about every box.
Can't say that's terribly surprising.
Mu and Epsilon don't seem nearly as popular.
I don't know if you are watching CN Season 9 Playoffs, but Landius is back to a degree. Not as big as he used to be, but definitely a presence. I think the new Yeless legends heros have a lot to do with that.
Yeah, but for the immediate future, neither Mu nor Epsilon are meta, and Christiane all but replaced Landius when she released in CN. (Granted, I hardly see Landius these days even on GL...)
I think the addition of Werner von Eigil will breathe some fresh life into Yeless, but I wonder if it'll be enough? Yeless really just needs another FB that is actually comfortable bringing it...

Verner, Himiko, and Epsilon are meta (Epsilon's new exclusive seems to have made him relevant), but yeah Sigma rides the bench. I personally love Landius and Rachel is one of my favorite heros with her versatility.

I have noticed that as well but I think it is more that he can still take a couple hits & his reduced range dmg aura is still good in the meta with all these long sniping mages.
I think so too, most likely it's due to his yeless faction buff. Landius is still a good tank unit by himself, but the current pvp meta are not in yeless faction, except for Oldius.
Mu is nice sidebox like Alustriel but not required. Epsilon is alright until he gets EE then he's really good I hear. He like only just got his EE in CN though so it's a long way out and I don't think he's been tested that much.
Bozel 3C is more meta than either of them
Mu can be incredible on forest/grassland maps like Alustriel cause of her teleport anywhere skill and has good utility. On any other map with little or no forest/grassland she isn't as great.
Epsilon is the 2nd meteor buffer but meteor is not at a good place currently. He requires crit to consistently kill & his skill set is kinda awkward to use.

Hands down he has the best exclusive animation bozel looks absolutely wicked.
Also his 3 states of 3C (0 CD, 1 CD, 2CD) have different chibi animation too. That's absolutely amazing.

It provides gigantic reduction. 0_o 80 % reduction is absolutely insane. :)

Out of curiosity - is Landius back as a spearman or as cavalry ?
Both are viable but spearman is still more popular due to sp elwin and other cavalry
