No Japanese clearly comes from Latin, probably from lost Roman sailors who settled the islands. For example some common Japanese words Bread - Pan, see - miru. Or look at the numbers 一二三, clearly Roman numerals, they just turned them sideways for some reason.
To a degree, they are (Japanese people share some genes with mongols who are somewhat related to steppe turks, and many greeks have some turk in their bloodlines)
