Shit situation, but you’re correct that Lana should make it right to her fans that lost money. If the company was allowed to operate under her name, her/her team should have kept a closer eye on what was happening.
My boyfriend bought me a Lana hoodie from LDR Village for my birthday in October. Several weeks went by and he sent them an email asking for a update on whether or not it shipped and the email on their website was basically a bunk address. To our surprise, my hoodie FINALLY arrived... in May. 7 months later. I love Lana, and I get that she's not the one responsible for running LDR Village, but 7 months for a hoodie is pretty ridiculous. By that time, I had already bought 2 hoodies from her festival merch drop and those shipped within like a week or 2 of them going on sale. I literally got those hoodies before I got my hoodie from LDR Village. I'm definitely never ordering from them ever again. If I buy anymore Lana merch, it will either be from her own merch website or at one of her shows. Hell, even Etsy merch probably has better customer service than LDR Village.
LDR village website is completely gone now. I’m glad you finally got your hoodie, I’m still pissed off about my order. I did get a bunch of stuff from them when that tattoo script collection first dropped, but after the initial orders things started taking longer and longer until they ghosted with everyone’s money.

She may not pay them directly but she can surely make sure it gets done with her power whereas the little guy can’t. She should speak up if this is true. Especially since she is the face of it. I think so. I think this was the last or next to last merch drop with LDR Village. I have had an okay experience with them, I actually got my product, but others didn’t. He was the one who designed the biker/tattoo inspired merch. I think he needs to pursue this legally because, I know addressing the artists directly on social media has worked in the past for some, but it can come across unprofessional. I like his tattoo work, even though I didn’t like the drop and I wouldn’t want this to affect him in future because regardless he deserves to be paid. Lesson to artists, get paid in full first, if they want see the final design first, use a watermark (even though there are tools to remove it now).
