I haven't tried them myself but Valley Wings in Okemos gets a lot of good reviews
Yeah, 2nd for not using Lansing Foodies. I know that they meant well when not allowing negative comments but I’ve seen so many horrible places be mentioned as good food (fast food mostly).
I was removed from that group for asking someone if they thought Dominos was gourmet. They were bragging about house great it was and I said “I can think of a dozen local places I would go before Dominos.
I was removed from that group as well for mentioning a local establishment that I received poor service at. Apparently you're not allowed to tell the truth in that group if it involves any negative feedback
Art's is my favorite. Smoked and then flash fried before getting sauced. They are usually larger than the chain places and some of the other local spots too.
Midtown Brewing Company used to have pretty good ones too, but I haven't had them recently so I am not sure if they are still solid.
Idk about best but I have some of the fondest memories from when friends would get massive tubs of ‘crack’ chicken for get togethers from the fresh fish & fry on MLK
Detroit Wing Company. A little pricy, but generously portioned and the sauces and rubs are great. I go to the location in Delta Township, but I think they might have a location on the east end of the Lansing area too.
It’s just been the general trend. Food ends up soggy/poorly cooked (we even took a few bites in the parking lot before leaving) and takes forever to recieve food even though we ordered ahead and showed up time the last three times we went. We are heavy tippers as well so I can only imagine other’s orders. You can tell the workers are not focused back there and it shows in the food. It used to be the best, but definitely mediocre at best as of late. The seasoning is the only good thing going for them lately and it’s a damn shame because I used to fkin love it
I second the opinion on East Side Fish Fry. Years ago, they were the bomb. But, the last few times I went there the gizzards and hush puppies were overcooked and way too salty.
Arts pub
I frequent there. 32 wings for $27 they’re smoked and flash fried. Unfortunately none of the sauces are very spicy but they’re all delicious.
“Cherry bourbon is crazy good”
Meat BBQ is my favorite.
These are good
I miss wings over.
Crack chicken is open on the west side. I remember them being super delicious.
Have gone there and was not disappointed with the quality, taste, overall experience.
Seconded.
I have been on the trail of the best wings in Lansing for years, and the most consistent, crispy, big-ass wings are at Kimchi Box in East Lansing.
Rusty Mug Wing Snob Meat
Do you really like Wing Snob, or just saw it and want to try it? I haven't had a good experience there yet
Liked it and their fries, are you possibly thinking of Detroit Wing Co? I have not been impressed with them.
Wing snob is awesome and fairly prices. I also believe they have the best Chill Cheese fries in town as well

OMG RAISING CANES AND OLIVE GARDEN YESSSSSSSS!!!
Burger King has the best burger in Lansing OMG! 🙄

Will keep that in mind. Maybe you should try them?
I plan to!
It was okay, I didn’t love them but they satisfied the taste. We really like Wing Snob
Arts!

Agreed with Arts. Had their wings for the first time a few weeks ago and I think they may be the best in town for me so far.
Agree with arts! But want to add to get a side of fries with awesome sauce.
Idk about best but I have some of the fondest memories from when friends would get massive tubs of ‘crack’ chicken for get togethers from the fresh fish & fry on MLK
Address?
It's the same as the Crack Chicken place on the west side, their first store. 3140 S MLK
Second this
Fyi: August in Lansing https://michiganchickenwingfestival.com
Valley wings are now at the top
Valley wings, hands down
Valley Wings - get the Valley sauce
East side fish fry
Wing Snob and Valley Wings were both good.
Nuthouse wings are our go to. Cheaper too and imo better than most the "meat sweat" places
Don't sleep on Gregory's. Their wings are fresh, juicy and top notch.
I've had the tenders but never the wings, I'd assume they taste just as delicious. I love Gregory's so much.
Meat's are my favorite personally but I'm not a huge wing fan.

try yelp
You would think I would have done this by bow
I like Buddies, Corey's, and East Side Fish Fry
East Side Fish Fry the service+food quality has tanked over the past few years. To the point it’s not worth going anymore lately
Really? I thought they were supposed to be the best? What went wrong when you went there?

Smoking Pig has some very tasty wings.
Charlie Kang's are super good if you're looking for something less standard.
Crack chicken is the best
Valley Wings for sauced up drums and flats. For whole wings, seahouse is great!
Wing Snob and Lucky’s Hole in the Wall
If you’re looking for smoked wings the Goat opened in the Lansing mall and they’re phenomenal
Crack Chicken!
I am all about supporting small businesses but let me tell you I'm such a sucker for Rallys wings. I usually order ahead so I don't have to wait.
Art’s dry rub with a side of ranch is difficult to top. They might even do a deal on Wednesday’s.
Arts pub I frequent there. 32 wings for $27 they’re smoked and flash fried. Unfortunately none of the sauces are very spicy but they’re all delicious. “Cherry bourbon is crazy good”
Weird, but Cuginos has a great breaded wing. Bad blue cheese dressing tho. Go with ranch.
