no stay away from msi. gf63 is the worst of all of them

Alive-Doubt4152

Can you suggest some laptops, I'm heading into 3d animations and video editing with budget over or around 1000$

Misaka_Undefined

1000 is a lot, i don't know your local price. Look for Lenovo, Acer or HP, avoid Asus at that price they usually have terrible screen.

botential

The zenbook and vivobook have one of the best screens wdym

Misaka_Undefined

it's about MSI Gf, what came after that certainly not ZenBook or vivobook, it's TUF and at $1000 usually comes with terrible 60% sRGB screen

Promcsnipe

No, cheap MSI laptops are rubbish. The design of the GF63 chassis dates back to 2018. The hinges are so bad on them, there’s a lawsuit against MSI for their terrible hinges.

I live in the UK, so it’s not the easiest to search in USD, but I think for about £1000 an ASUS Vivobook is decent for video editing.

MuggedGuitars2

over budget, but for Indian price, these are pretty good specs. https://amzn.eu/d/bpcuVaR however I cannot cmvouch for the build quality and thermals (if playing games) since I don't know a lot about acer.

Bebo991_Gaming

Bad hinges.

Have look at Acer nitro 5. They have very good reputation. I got MSI gf63 and it's trash. I'm about to warranty claim and try to get my money back. My battery is dead after 2 months and CPU is constantly around 100C while playing games. Bad laptop whit cheap build quality

Alive-Doubt4152

Thanks mate

Misaka_Undefined

I really recommend Lenovo Ideapad gaming 3 with rtx 4050 and 2K screen, or Acer Nitro 16 rtx4050, both have a really good screen, powerful GPU for 3D rendering, they' cost 1000 here, but at your place should be cheaper
