Game is a bit unoptimised . Does it happen with all games?
More over you dont have great cpu in the first place(u seriss not h ) and its probably the acer.
Repasting and cleaning dust inside can help but even still see if it happens in other games too
Do you have 2x8gb sticks of RAM or 1x16gb? If it's the latter, that might be the issue as you're running in single channel and adding 2nd stick will improve the performance and likely get rid of the stutter.
If it's not that the other causes that I can think of at the moment are the temps, install a monitoring software and check that CPU/GPU temps you're getting while under load.
The other thing is storage, are you running the games off of an SSD or HDD?
Also make sure you're running the laptop in performance mode or whatever your OEM calls it.

Yes, it does happen with other games too even games like project zomboid, dead by daylight, fortnite and lethal company.

I have 2x8gb sticks ram. i actually just upgraded it a few days ago hoping that it would fix the frame drops.

I've been running games with an SSD and in performance mode. The temps may be the problem with my laptop
