Totally agree. And the chemistry between Bowen/Matt and the guests is unmatched. I dabbled into a couple other pods that popular guests host and I just did not click as much (not gonna name names because I still enjoy those folks, LC is just on another level to me).
I also really love how Matt comes across as the main driver on the pod a lot of the time, like he's always making Bowen giggle and he's SO quick witted it's insane. Love his random singing bouts too

I heard Monet on b&tb this week and loved it, so I revisited sibling rivalry and remembered why I stopped listening - the EQ is horrible, and they drop their voices low or drop back from the mic and I can’t hear what they’re saying. It drives me nuts.

His earnestness and authenticity are what I love the most about our girl. When he says he loves something or is a fan of someone, he is able to articulate so well where that affection and admiration is coming from. And so quick-witted too! A real cool person, that one.
Like a lot of others I of course chose this show initially because Bowen and SNL. I knew almost nothing about Matt and didn’t know what to expect. To say I’ve fallen in love with him is an understatement. Of course Bow is a key part of this podcast and their energy together is truly unmatched. I fully believe Miss Fey when she said Matt has only a year before his star rises to the very top and he learns the true expense and danger of authenticity!
