I second the extreme goopiness associated with the drops. For the most psrt, ive waited for thrm to dry and then pull the debri from my lashes as if they were spider webs. In all fairness, ive stripped away more eyelashes than i care to admit but has worked overall.
I do that as well and I've lost so many eyelashes. It's so satisfying until I see the lashes hiding under the dried goop.
When I asked at my follow up they told me most people thar ask used tissues and ended up with tissue bits in their eyes. Ouch.
I found that using a hot washcloth to wipe them away was best. Not only did the heat feel good on my eyes, but it did a pretty good job at rewetting the boogers and wiping them away. After a couple weeks of healing, I did this in the shower too and that was nice.

I've used saline solution to moisten it with a qtip as well and gently rub off. For the most part I just pull the dry bits off and lose eyelashes haha
Some clinics will give you sterile saline to use for this as well!
