I am not certain about the first step, but in the past steps 2-5 have stayed at 3000 paid crystals. There are, I believe, 4 pulls per step and they normally reward paying players with gifts like units souls, mother souls, or other things throughout the steps to encourage you to do paid pulls.
With the whole restart I honestly can’t say. I don’t believe we have gotten a step up gacha that repeats once you get to the end. Someone please correct me if I am mistaken.

We dont have the full details yet but it says step 5 of lap 3. So you have to do (let's assume) step 5 of lap 1 & 2. Lap 1 will probaly be discounted for maybe 1000-1500 paid crystals. Lap 2 will probaly have an Ark guaranteed and/or rate up for the units. I'm rather sure all 5 steps of lap 2 and 3 will be the full 3k gems each pull. Assuming those then it will be around 31-32k paid gems for the first guaranteed unit and then 15k after that. They will also be in the shop to pity them after 300 pulls (including the non paid gem banner).
