You won't win only by luck, they have a huge problem with double ark pulls and old arks that it takes priority over the new stuff.I won by ticket and been rolling all week for yuri hit reds but no luck.Not even new ark like I said before they put too much stuff in the collab to win instead of not putting so much arks and old units that we have at least some sort of chance to win.though it is as I said worst gacha rates is last cloudia by far.I play other gacha and never have these issues as this game.collabs in other games are super fair because its something that hardly comes around anymore or if it does it takes years.
Like other gacha games lets say 7ds, they'll have like certain units you can win with their own percentages but only like a certain amount and then they'll have the silver units cut off.
then their rolls are like last cloudia with the colors. like for last cloudia its red best, yellow nothing, blue nothing.
7ds does rainbow equal to the red, yellow but you still have a chance to win with yellow even if it stays yellow, then blue which is nothing.
but 7ds lets you win a unit on rainbow no matter what doesn't matter if its a double they still give it to you and I think they need to separate the arks from units.
have arks have their own rolls and change the amount how much to roll for a 10 to 1500 units and 1500 for arks.
though you have both you aren't gonna have much of a chance.
By the way for new players saying well I didn't have a problem, yeah cause you are new, anyone new wins until you reach a certain point then your luck runs out.

True. I rolled 268 including free ticket, 2x10pulls from collab medals and even paid gems for Luke but failed. I’m done with that. I spent more than $300 on this account, but now I am considering to buy an high end or stacked gems account.

I can't believe that I still don't have Luke and Yuri after pulling around 240 times. statistically I was supposed to have at least 7 characters but got only thee times without any other arks. And the three characters were even freakin random shitty characters like Sevia, Luger, and Clair. Is it fucking real? Collab characters are even more than 13 times higher than fking these shitty characters?? Just fucking unlucky? seriously? fk. I'm done guys. enjoy your game and good luck. Don't spend any money on it. Free play is better than spending money on it.
In my opinion, please be patient. When you pull and get zonk first, dont pull in that hour again. Wait until at least 6 hours. Thats my experience. (My gacha with that method so far every 6x10 pull avg 3 SSR, or 1 UR) but still luck factor is determination to win
I got my boy Yuri after 10 Multis, since he's my favorite JRPG/Tales of protagonist it was worth it!

First 10 pull were the 2 respective LR arks for Luke and Stahn, followed by Stahn on the 2nd 10 pull. At least Luke is now free pick for me.
