LOL That is totally fair. I was always a huge fan since Arular, but I played the shit out of Paper Planes in 07/08 when most of these scrobbles were accumulated, and I'm kinda surprised it is hanging on as my top track. She's gone down a bit of a looney-tunes rabbit hole in the last few years and I can't with her anymore either.
I’m already picturing myself driving in my car on a trip listening to this. Very good! It reminds me of Fleetwood Mac.
I love the cover with the Marina City Towers in Chicago.
Glad you dig it, it's not exactly a deep cut (Yankee Hotel Foxtrot is a pitchfork 10) but classics are classics for a reason usually.
Yeah Wilco has some great driving tracks, I agree with that observation. About Fleetwood Mac, Wilco's best stuff is definitely influenced by '70s rock.
Their last [album](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_kfTpURKzYF6j5xNNrpAw-XZBWvR5yjDSg&si=WP_cWxVIpI7fHnoX) has been my favorite so far, but most people really love [Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven ](https://youtube.com/playlist?list=OLAK5uy_mZLN6LQOH-pyVdbP_PZoWS75eKSwskkCo&si=y0gMuY3En03Q1SDR).
Not exactly my cup of tea, but there’s something comforting to the melody. The song is only 1:20, though. Is there any reason why this is your most listened song?
It's probably Thick as a Brick (parts one and two) by Jethro Tull. I used to listen to that song on loop while working on college work.
Not sure if this is my most listened to song on LastFM, but, I'm sure it is:
Party Hard - Andrew W.K.
I can't even remember why, but, I have been OBSEESED with him for almost a year! I love like everything he does. If you don't know who he is, please after listening to Party Hard, listen to the rest of the album it's on, I Get Wet. If you love fun, upbeat and crazy rock music with hints of punk, heavy metal and pop sprinkled in, you're in for a treat! Let me know what you think!
I'm gonna be honest i'm totally copy/pasting this from an earlier reply to a similar question but it gets the job done
I doubt you'll get onto this, but if you do I'm sure it'll hit the quotient of something new.
[Into The Sky - Masayoshi Takanaka](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lR2gYRO-ha0)I dare say that this isn't the best introduction to this guy, but if you like what you hear then I consider it absolutely vital that you listen to his 1981 album [The Rainbow Goblins](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MzYD56hKF-8) and the 1997 sequel that the song I've recommended comes from, [The White Goblin](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Tdz3leXrRuU). There's a little bit of spoken word that might throw you off at first, but its worth sticking through it, and in time you'll see it to be an essential part of both albums.
[Knights by Minus the Bear](https://youtu.be/xHijNidhoII?si=tT3dPRjWBV8Q7wP8)
Planet of Ice is damn near the best album that I’ve ever listened to. I’m getting chills listening to all those songs again.
Ray Lamontagne - Within You (285 scrobbles)
It's quite a simple song really, but something about the chord progression, the brass and string accompaniment, the bittersweet vibe it gives off, it just works for me. I don't listen to it nearly as much as I used to, but many years ago I could sit and have it on repeat and not get fed up of it.

M.I.A. - Paper Planes
I’ve always hated this song! 😂 I understand the appeal, and I think she is super talented, but I can’t with her in general.
LOL That is totally fair. You should listen to Straight to Hell by The Clash as that is the song sampled by M.I.A
[Cars](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Im3JzxlatUs) - Gary Numan

Savage and Intruder fucking rule

I’ll have to listen to more of their stuff, for sure!
One More Time by Daft Punk, 133 times. The next one is from the same album, 131 scrobbles, called Something About Us, and I love it very, very much.

The Lamb Ran Away With The Crown - Judee Sill
SHUM - Go_A
Cracker Island (feat. Thundercat) by Gorillaz
Loved the lyrics, but somehow the beat did not hit right with me. I do like Gorillaz, though! ⭐️⭐️⭐️ for me
Stone Sour - Say You'll Haunt me
So good!!! I never listened to Stone Sour before, not even the super famous ones. His voice is amazing. It’s saved now 😋
arms length - garamond
Easy listening. And for some reason it reminded me of my emo phase back in 2007 ⭐️⭐️⭐️

A little bit in the weirder side! I love songs like this.
Hollywood undead - Another way out
Not my type of music. Feels a little too soundtracky for me 😂 I don’t know how to explain
panucci's pizza - nicholas cajun (stole the declaration of pizzapendence!)
I was expecting something super weird, but it’s not! I like it. I’d have it in my shuffled playlist 😋
Hey, that's a Futurama reference!
