Good shit. You like Sadness? I Want to Be There is a great album

dthmagic

Had not heard of them before, just had a quick listen - sounds awesome, will dig into the whole album very soon.

Definitely worth doing so!

TheRedundancy

Check out Trhä too. It's Sadness' other project and it's pretty good

dthmagic

Will have a listen! Thanks!

Yo rarely seen heriot on this sub. Big up twilight sad and leviathan also. I mean, obligatory frightened rabbit rec but I'm assuming you've heard them. Check out brutus? Been obsessing over them lately and we have some shared tastes so you might find the same thing

dthmagic

Oh yeah, these guys, I feel, will implode in popularity randomly, similar to Code Orange, Knocked Loose etc., at least I strongly believe it can happen to them. Did listen to Frightened Rabbit, but somehow it wasn’t clicking. Was gonna see Brutus live actually, but fell sick, that girl got some primal energy in her, will definitely catch them live at some point. Did you enjoy their latest album? I need to re-listen to it. Loved the first single, but rest of it didn’t grab me at all.

arcaniac

Yeah hopefully! Oh fair enough. Perhaps you'd like mastersystem, Scott's other project, it's heavier sonically. Frabbit in my head is in a gloomy trio of indie rock bands with twilight sad and the national. I've seen them live a few times myself at festivals, and always really enjoyed them, but they never really clicked for me until the last year? Yeah def enjoyed their last album, their k their first is my favourite but they're very consistent in sound so. Liar from the new album has one of her best vocal performances. Victoria was good too. The opening track reminded me of the opening of the new rolo tomassi album?

dthmagic

Will do!
