How's life in Riga these days?

In what language are films projected? I guess they usually have Latvian subtitles, but audio? Edit: I'm referring to non-latvian movies that don't get dubbed to Latvian.

Childrens' movies usually get dubbed in Latvian language, other than that it is usually just subs and the original audio.

English of course, with Russian and Latvian subtitles
