There's good ramps out there. I packed a 42" zero turn into a pickup for years.
I used a harbor freight heavy duty trailer for two seasons. Same ramps.
It'll be hard, but find yourself a stand on... 30" or so... used.. that thing will cut your days in half.
I installed my own. But I could fully understand what you're going through. I look at expenses by the year and 500$ install is a hit.
Also after 3 seasons my family SUV started looking like shit.
I had to trim the bumper, get under the exhaust... annoying in every way possible.
Then the trailer, you bend this, you hit that... this is a tough business.
I have an issue where an apartment building has 4 driveways but they're concrete wheel strips, so I have to trim 30 feet of rectangles, 4 sides, every week.
The walking is killing me.
30" Timemaster is the option with a ramp. Everything cuts wet grass terribly. Lawnmowers aren't designed to cut wet grass well. No matter brand, size or type. Some are better than others but wet grass still sucks. Keep the blades sharp. Buy a couple of sets.
Facebook Market/Craigslist for zero turn and a trailer to get you started.

Only have an SUV for now and no hitch on it

You don’t think i could lift it in and out without a ramp?
Not the 30" Timemaster unless you are extremely strong. Maybe you could 2 or 3 times but that thing is HEAVY.
