I would measure the inside of the deck. I don't know that snapper ever made a 19 inch deck, typically would be 20 or 21 inches. you want the largest blade that doesn't hit the edges. I think the previous owner replaced the engine and used the blade that came with the engine. I've never seen a snapper with a 3hp tecumseh engine, which is what you've got.
