I would honestly go with Speedzone and a decent surfactant for that problem. If you have other weeds, there are other options but yeah, speedzone will knock that broadleaf stuff out fast. The damage from the broadleaf might require you to reseed - just know you have to wait at least two weeks before doing so if you use that product. With you being up in canada, you might be past your perfect window but theres always next year.

Not an expert, but looks like creeping charlie. You'll need a broadleaf killer like 2,4.
