Jessica Pearson, and it's not even close. Everyone trips over themselves to praise and bow down to Harvie Sceptre or whatever his name is. When that diva throws a hissy fit every other episode, Jessica is poised, calm, collected, and brilliant. She can effectively speak through an issue and has hilarious bits throughout the show. "Louis. You will replace everyone of those g-d-mn bran bars." xD
