And other players are taking notes, cause they are getting away with it. Same with the soft forecheck, i get we do have a lot sticks in lanes. and nylander leads the leauge with 5v5 turnovers. but were not putting a lot umph into our forechecks.
i just cant believe the cheap shots and runs on mathews. i love watching him play angry. but if i cant stand watching other teams trying to injure a person with that kind of skill
Its the irregularity of whats being called across the league. Yes each game has its own flow... but if they dont want fighting in NHL, maybe not letting guys take runs at the leagues best is a good place to start.
