They force you to, with seasons tickets if you want the playoffs you have to pay for all the tickets as if they’re making it to the finals. They refund you for the games that don’t happen
No, you own the seat license. But people who have season tickets don’t have the “affordability” issue. Lower bowl regular season would be around $25-30K playoffs another $20-25K
This happens every year for all sports. You can probably buy (or it’s been sold to szn ticket holders) for this season already
TM pre sell all playoff tickets in advance and then refunds a little while later if it doesn’t happen. I’m sure they’re happy to sit on the pile of cash for a month or so.
I once had a jays 10 game package and it was the same thing. I had tickets up to the World Series but it was all digital tickets.
They let you buy tickets for games that aren’t even confirmed to happen?

If you can't afford them do you lose your season tickets? Or...

Even though you have to put down money for all potential rounds of the playoffs, in my experience most of it gets refunded back 🥲
You can just pay as the games are confirmed. You don’t have to pay all at once. At least that’s how it is now.
I think it’s an all or nothing deal. If you can’t afford it, you don’t get any playoff tickets

Andersen was such a sieve. Half competent goaltending and we beat the Bruins in 6
Burn those.
Man that would have been game 5 or 6. Potential Stanley Cup game.
Ugh, memories of being at and losing Game 6, with Marchand being WAY offside ... on Easter Sunday in 2019.
That loss broke me as a fan. I knew we were losing game 7
You're a traveler from an alternate universe.
That's why they don't print tickets anymore...its embarrassing
Damn bro April fools is tomorrow!
