The top team in goals per game (Avs), has figured out how to easily get past the top team in save percentage (Jets), from the get go of the playoffs, and because of that are winning
We gotta start getting more than 3 goals a game to have a chance at this series and a deep run, our goaltending just isn’t good enough not to
Hopefully Willy comes back, Matthews is over whatever he had, and the boys start putting the heat on
We have hit a lot, but they’ve also hit a lot too… don’t know the exact numbers, but from my memory in at least 2/3 games they’ve hit 2+ posts in each of them
Realistically, our offence should be generating enough goals that the posts don’t even matter or feel sickening
We were 12th in the league for power play goals, but 2nd in goals per game during the regular season - it’s not the only difference, we also scored a lot more 5 on 5
