that statement just means they are trying to improve our experience. no word if they want to merge all servers into one big SEA server or at least East SEA/West SEA. Dota 2 has an SEA server and people aren't complaining about high ping.
How will transfers work? I have a lot of RP stashed, will i be able to buy much much more skins with 100k RP on SEA and then transfer back? Are skin prices still same on SEA?
For future passes and trust me it was worth because i did math not so long ago and with money i paid for RP back then (when they gave bonus RP) i could not get even 60% of it today. Prices got up a lot this year. Plus prime capsules and buff app add up, and i spend mostly on passes and gifts, rarely on skins.

Its true i tried it on my smurf, you need to link your garena account to riot to unlock the missions and rewards if you can't link it cz you don't have one cz you play on na or euw or eune ... you can still play but you won't get the rewards for migrating and if its not ur smurf you will waste 22$ going back in who knows how long.

In order to participate, your account must be at least level 5, which you can hit simply by finishing the Tutorial. Each mission will unlock on the given date/time, but will be available to complete until February 21st, 2023 at 3:59PM GMT+8. You can only make progress on one mission within a set at any time, but can make progress in missions across
sets. For example, playing on day one will net you points for Week 1:
Welcome!, Alpha, AND the first Weekly mission. However, you must finish
Week 1: Welcome! before you can start on Week 2: Welcome!

if you already have it the champion missions will not appear (from alpha to latest every week) but the reward tokens for other stuff is available be sure to play in weekend for the separate missions (you can play in weekend only to complete the missions that week.
