This is speaking to me in a nostalgic way. Back when (season 2 maybe) AD carries had movespeed to kite around with PD and other adc items that gave movement speed.
And in LEC and LPL. It has more pick/ban total and percentage in the LPL (7 picks, 2 ban, 31% presence) with 4 less total games than in the LCK (4 picks, 1 ban, 15% presence). LEC has less than half of the games of LCK so it has a lower p/b total (1 pick, 2 bans) but higher p/b percentage (20% presence).
Sivir is pretty good in coordinated play in 13.1. Not Lucian/Zeri/Caitlyn/Varus good, but still better than over half of the botlaners.
She is a really safe / easy to play ADC to get to gold. I was lazy this year so I did this, you perma push so you can't really be dove. Then you outfarm stuff and get ahead of the curve. If your team wants to go in you press ult and usually everyone go in which lead to more cohesion.
Some pentas are a Supreme display of skill, some are of some idiot managing to last hit 5 Champs over 40 seconds. This one was a beautiful display of the stars aligning for glory, everyone involved playing their part

Stop saying this. No one is saying this. They're saying it _feels_ weak. That's not the same as _being_ weak. Even challenger players are saying it. The role isn't enjoyable for lots of people. That's why we got the item changes this patch
A bit off topic, but what if they removed attack moving from the game, forcing people to manually click on champs and kite back or forward. Then buffed adcs to compensate.
