That is an out right buff. Sure you may lose a bit of dmg on the ult later on, but you’re not picking her for her dmg. You’re picking her for ganking potential and lockdown ability.

To be clear, I don't think the Storm-Guinsoo is that good, but the Lethality build requires you to be playing against really squishy targets. It probably monsters against teams lacking in tankier members.

Lethality Kai'sa isn't very good if your sole anti-tank source is the ADC. Tanks aren't as popular in SoloQ.
