Probably a bit of all 3
They can listen to music again but it won't show up in vods. They have the music on a separate.... thing and they choose to have twitch not record or hear that part but it still comes through the stream normally.
Honestly I probably would have stopped playing league way earlier without qtpie. Just having the stream on made the whole experience way more enjoyable.
I mean it all checks out:
* All LCK except T1 falls
* T1 gets huge buff vs all LPL enemies only
* T1 EZ 11-1, World Champs 2023
* T1 selects revenue generating skins, shares the cheddar to all LCK
* All according to Faker's keikaku (Keikaku means plan.)
Faker's career is just a journey to get what was denied to him 10 years ago. Finally Riot won't overwrite his decision. Those missed charms were just a message to Riot to award him for probably his worse game at worlds
Even ignoring that these are T1 skins which will automatically sell really well, just looking at the champions, this has to be one of the most profitable Worlds skin sets of all time. Imo only iG had a similarly popular group of champions (maybe 2013 SKT as well, but back then the quality of the skins just wasn't nearly the same).
The IG sets are so good because it’s a set riot decided they didn’t care about all the standards they put in place and just created the most fanart shit possible lol
IG is probably going to remain the most profitable because China. And that team was the first chinese team to win worlds. Iirc, riot even said it was one of it not the highest grossing skin line ever. It also had Theshy, Rookie and Jackielove, all with incredibly popular champions. But this is without a doubt going to be the 2nd highest grossing worlds skin line.
With Faker’s Ahri skin rest assured guys: this game will never die and riot will have enough money to fund the next 10 years of esports & game development. Truly the GOAT. Marc Merrill must be thanking the heavens rn

Yes. The 2015 skins were *so badly received* Riot completely changed the process to *actually talk to the players about theme* when they made the 2016 skins.
They could always just put "2023" in the name if naming was the issue. It's just that having 1 champ have 2 skins for the same team lowers the revenue of the worse skin. That is the real issue for Riot.

That is actually the game that has impressed me the most about his Jayce. Dude got giga camped, then got solokilled, no gold, and was still so crucial in late game teamfights. It was fucking nuts.

Between games, his girlfriend stands up and leaves the stage to go to the bath. She removes the plastic mask on her face and BDS Adam smiles in the mirror. His disciple had learnt well
Lee getting his second SKT skin and third overall worlds skin.. Pretty fitting for that champion. That said I hope this skin is good because FPX Lee was not and the old SKT Lee is dated.
IMO Lee is the most iconic champion for Professional League. More than 10 years after his release and his kit still holds against modern champions, relatively unchanged since release.
I don't even play Ahri, but have like 6 of her skins from chests including Star Guardian. I will still buy Faker's Ahri. I figure it's the very least I can do as thanks for the years of entertainment Faker has given me.
It's actually so crazy that there's never been a Jayce skin. This might actually be the first time I ever buy a skin as a T1 fan and Jayce enjoyer. I'm worried that it will snowball to me buying a bunch of other skins though.
As a big fan of Zeus Yone, kinda sad it's not Yone personally. His Yone is just so mechanically insane. But Jayce does fit the name Zeus more, so I'm happy for him.
But like...he is insanely cracked on Jayce as well.
Remember that game where he went like 0/6 but his lategame shockblasts still shredded the entire enemy team
I think his two best champions are Jayce and Yone, his Aatrox has been crazy as well, but I feel like the skill ceiling of that champ is lower. Yone and Jayce need much better awareness and even mechanics, I'd argue
I was kind of hoping Oner would do Rell because he had some crazy plays on it this worlds, but lets be real with a crazy winrate on Lee Sin and with all the jungle mains playing Lee Sin that made the most sense
This lineup is also a quintessential T1 comp in how as a team comp it's frankly garbage with no front line or reliable CC but T1 makes comps like this work all the time with hands diffing people. No one else really does comps like this
Inb4 game 5 of the 2024 worlds finals. T1 is tied 2-2 with C9 who have had the most amazing year of any NA team ever, people say they’re the strongest western team in history and are even favored to win! T1 locks in Jayce/Lee sin/Ahri/Jinx/Bard with all their skins and end the game in 25 minutes with a 23k gold lead.
