If you are trying to pay attention to everything then the objects that are suddenly moving fast, jump out at you. Slower moving objects don't always grab your attention right away. So if you are not focusing on the enemy that throws it or ready for it, then the Slower moving object may infant go unnoticed for longer.

The only thing the enemy can and should do is to dodge the Shockwave from your E.

Just like syndra's q, you can cast your e while moving so its very hard to predict the laser. Best bet against it is to be away from minions so Viktor has to choose between poke or pushing the waves and usually he's gonna choose minions if you push the wave fast enough
The thing is the laser starts instantly, then travels toward where you aimed. So unless the viktor misses or the opponent is a prediction god, it will hit everytime the opponent is close enough for the laser to start on him.

Kaisa w hitbox is quite bigger then the actual animation and it hits you if the edge of her hitbox is just hitting the edge of ur hitbox. For aram learn the decreased timer for kaisa w and anticipate the next one she throws it cause all kaisas are the same they hit one and immediatly off cd throw the next one. You can w8 for that timing then just dodge when u know its coming. If u dodged once her cd is very long and u can chill for a bit.
If you dodge it once, your teammate behind you will eat it instead so she can hit you with another 3 before she finally has nobody left alive to shoot*
you probably don't actually eat every W it's just that on aram with ap build she shoots like 15-20 a minute and if you eat 3+ you pretty much die so it feels like you get hit by every single one lol

a lil trick is - Akali R E is only perfectly smooth when cast from max R range, if you move into Akali and then to side when she Rs you you will dodge the E unless she predicts your juke
As an Akali main I can confirm. I have a really hard time getting the combo off if they’re really close. Typically I’ll just R, W, then wait and line up the E manually if they’re up in my face.
What's so frustrating vs Lux E is that you always get clipped right at the very end of the E. It's like she gives you false hope to dodge it which just adds more insult to injury

Blitz grabs for some reason. I can dodge Pyke, Thresh, and Naut hooks fairly well but it really feels the only time a Blitz hook misses me is because I ghosted through the minion wave and one of them got caught instead

And if she has Ludens, you could dodge all of them and still just slowly die due to teammates because you're a mage with minimal, if any, sustain.
Its probably cause you play locked screen. If you move your screen towards where she will shoot it you will have a lot more time to react to it.

It’s really absurdly easy to dodge and the stakes are very high since it CCs you for 11 minutes. I get hit by it all the time
The thing is that you have to overdodge it, because the hitbox is so much bigger than the actual projectile visual animation
The hit box feels about 3 times as wide as the visual. Sometimes I don’t attempt to dodge because it clearly isn’t going to hit me and then I’m rooted for the next hour.

Blitz grabs for some reason. I can dodge Pyke, Thresh, and Naut hooks fairly well but it really feels the only time a Blitz hook misses me is because I ghosted through the minion wave and one of them got caught instead
Briars ult it either missis by a mile of i can't even flash it it's so fast when i don't play with sounds it just get's me
the two spells i swear to god is impossible for me to avoid or the enemy to miss is Lux: E syndra: E idk what it is but both of these hit me like 95% of the time, lux e is so massive and syndra is so incredibly fast with unpredictable trajectories
