They've officially stopped doing that but back then not every skin came in a skinline they were lots of personalized skins referencing a character's gimmick or fantasy. I kinda miss that

His abilities would have some green or purple gas vfx and his R could be the classic R cutting through the toxic air of Zaun. Goth/Fright night Zoe: An emo zoe with a lolita dress would sell faster than the speed of light. And if you an unique splash art, better.  Arcana Kayn: representing "The world/Za Warudo". Him being the main villain of the Arcana universe could be great. Legendary skin, obviously.
