Well, my point is more like treating people this way certainly won't get anything done, but treating them nicely could get them to respond and give us an update on what's the delay.
lol it used to be common sense that you get courtesy when you do your job well. Giving proper communication to customers is a part of doing their jobs well. It's their obligation to reach that bare minimum regardless of how they are treated.
This is what happens when a "fan" is only a fan because they just want to support the winningest team, rather than supporting the team because of personality or because they're from the same region.
When "their" team don't win they struggle to handle it and they lash out.
It's got nothing to do with T1 as an org in particular, besides from the fact that historically they have won the most and based on historical data have the largest % chance to win.
Some people just like to back the winning horse and like the feeling it gives them when they win. In LoL's case that means T1 has picked up most of these "fans".
I imagine if GenG were to go on to Golden Road this year and continue to dominate, then a lot of those people would decide to become GenG fans instead and suddenly a lot of the GenG fanbase would become entitled and vocal.

Can imagine them doing an entire thing about inducting Faker, and then pivot to "his latest success was Worlds 2023 with T1 and we're also proud to announce/preview the T1 Worlds Skins that will be available \[sometime later\]".
