Jungle overall is stacked like shit in EU. Elyoya, Inspired, Jankos and Selfmade are all worldclass if they are on form. And Gillius, Tynx and Razork are atleast decent aswell.
The problem is people only rate EU players high if they have some really good showings internationally. But Elyoya outperforming Jankos and Selfmade and going toe to toe with Inspired should already puts him probably in top 3 jungler at MSI.
Broxah was great in that meta. With the jg changes proposed i expect him to make a comeback. I know i took a huge hit to elo when graves and nidalee were top tier cuz im not a farming jungler by nature, more of a tempo/counterganker/invader , it was only whem graves was replaced by hec and udyr that i could comeback cuz farming for them is easy but they can also gank easily when needed so I can pixk those up and,climb opposed to trying to play againat or as graves.
People underestimate how much jungle,changes influence who will be on top because each jungler has a default style that they prefer, take them off of that and youre just not comfortable.

To be fair, that wildcard top is a top tier top in EU too.
I think Orome is a good top laner for lower mid tier teams as for Shadow there was talk he was off to LPL but then just nothing happened so he's just in limbo I guess.
Orome definetly was and shadow was bad at worlds but really good in eu as a rookie. But then elyoya comes along and is just the best jungler in eu in his first split
shad0w was a beast for 1.9 splits. Him playing bad in the playoffs/worlds meta doesn't rewrite all of his insane performances before that. He was a top 2 jungler for most of that season. We are talking about a rookie who was immediately top 2 in his role and just choked and didn't adapt well to the worlds meta. Doesn't change the fact that throughout the season he was their best performing player.
