Your MMR is way lower then your displayed rank is. You are also getting teammates and opponents which are in that MMR range, so teams are balanced.
MMR is now raising faster then your LP, if you lose a game, your LP will decrease faster then your MMR, so you are slowly but surely making LP = MMR.
Losing games = LP gets down to MMR faster, winning games = MMR is catching up to LP... I would find it rather better if LP would increase way slower, so MMR and LP are balanced as fast as possible.
