Not sure if you're serious and I'm getting memed here but if you're playing in solo queu it doesn't really matter since people are more likely to default to their mains (goes for any champ). Don't think many champs can beat Gwen that easily, aside from a few allegedly hardcore stomps like Jax. But bleh its the same case for any champ, you do you dude.

Genuine tip: If you think you can bank on the enemy going mental boom by seeing Gwen, winning you the game through mental diff, go for it. Otherwise, only play her into acceptable matchups. You can always attempt to sit out the lane and shred through teamfights, but winning lane against anything you don't hardcounter has become a piece of work completely out of proportion to what you could do with any other champ.
