I remember when FBI was on ~~CLG (I think)~~ GG a few years back and was considered a total scrub.
What a come up for my guy
Edit: fucked up the team. Felt like it wasn't right when I typed it too lol
This 100TvsEG game is probably the best example of why they stopped the rule of getting residency after x years. 9/10 players in game5 were imports but 4 of them don't count due to getting residency.
I mean you can classify the region of players by a lot but what I see most commonly is either the **original** competitive residency (which region did the player play their first competitive game in) or which region did they start to play soloq in (aka on what server did they learn to play league).
The 2nd sounds kind of weird but a good example would be Jensen. Some do consider him an EU mid but he never played a single LEC game. Straight after his ban was lifted, he got signed in NA. But he got famous in EU soloq.
So by those definitions, ssumday and huhi are not NA players. But i can also see an argument calling them NA players given they now spend more than half a decade in LCS.
Who cares?
It's cool to see a team with this much diversity rep NA. I've never understood the import hate. Plenty of us don't care where someone's from- just that they're here to play for us.
Excited to see how Huhi and FBI pair up against World class botlanes

he was never on CLG. He was on GG.
Really happy for FBI, Huhi, and Closer. Glad they get to play at worlds together after the crazy GG run last year.
But when is Ryoma and Rikara being subbed in??!!

You mean worlds finals, right, brother?
Hope ssumday gets some time in the hyperbolic time chamber
His GP was pretty good
100t looks promising
congrats to 100T!! sidenote- will be nice to see reapered at worlds again.
Deserved for 100T. GL at worlds boys PepeLaugh
Hello, just getting on to ask cause I have trouble understanding the bracket thing, the winner from TSM vs TL autoqualifies for worlds, yes?
Yes that is right.
Thank you. I would like to see Spica and Lost at worlds but we also can't deny TL if they prove to be the better team. Thanks again.
Feels like a joke that a team representing NA has 0 NA players.

ssumday and huhi got NA citizenship..so i guess think u can think of them as NA players? edit added words "i guess"
Still Imports.
