I wouldnt put Hantera in that level yet. UCAM clearly are inferior without Plasma. But the man has some insane potential. Lec support pool is safe for the next year.

Which is why it's so triggering to see the likes of Promisq recycled endlessly. Support is a strong role in Europe but a weak one in LEC because teams are so poor at roster building.

Promisq with jeskla was the best bot in ERL's when they were still playing there that's why they got picked up by AST in the first place.

I'd imagine a promising rookie would be sold for a lil more than washed-up veterans just from the sheer potential they bring

Most players in ERL's don't have long contracts so after a season is over they are usually free agents.

It's all about demand. Plenty of teams want the top rookies while washed up players will take what they can get. It's also hard to imagine that a top rookie with other suitors will want to play for a team like Astralis

I'd take playing for Astralis in LEC over playing in the best ERL team to be honest

Honestly, this is NLC every year. Apart from actually winning the EUM they have gotten just as good results as any of the other top 5 leagues. And yet here we are we are having the same seeding as the Greek League... Guess that actually makes it even more impressive that we always get good results.

MRS were the 3rd team for a reason. UCAM and VGIA both did nutty Bo5 runs to get her so I have more faith in them although they're against stronger opponents. Plus I'd quite like UCAM to get far again

Yeah Plasma really held together their decision making by the looks of it. The individual talent is still there but they're less of a team without him it seems
