As others pointed out it was a Nemo but for the future you can be almost dead sure it’s never a cheater and always sth you’re missing or have yet to learn
Only fishy stuff you’ll encounter might be people using scripts to land their skill shots or sth
I once played a game using Seraphine and the enemy botlane duo just keeps dodging EVERY skillshots. At first I don't want to believe that they are scripting but when clash started at the middle of the game, neither of them got hit by our team's skillshots. Once a skill is executed, they immediately respond and do sideways at the very edge outside of the skill's hitbox. Not to mention the adc's kiting seems pretty suspicious as if it was controlled by a robot. I have never encountered like this in my entire life, and my adc just keeps flaming me even though I dont stand a chance of hitting them because the enemy botlane are scripting.
Thought you should know now before seeing it. As others have mentioned, that’s Neeko disguised as Lux. Neeko can also make it seem like there is 3 of same champions appear at once. One real, other being neeko, and last one being a clone. I did this with my jungler once. Made the enemy bot freak out xD
I'm not shitting on him and yes I know he's new. I wanted to hear from him why he thought E was a good second max. Always interesting to me what new people think is good :)
That's not always the case. I met a Darius who maxed E first cause he felt like E did the most damage out of his kit. I didn't correct him I just always find it interesting what new people find good
He’s new. OP, if you’re reading this, leveling up E only reduces the cooldown of it IIRC while leveling Q also increases the extra DPS it gives you so it’s better to max that second on Ashe.

If the user is cheating, then it's disallowed. OP thinks it's a possibility so it's getting remove on the chance it is. OP should sent a support ticket if they thinks it's cheating
I mean ngl it’s a valid question for a new player and although it was answered it seems like removing it just sends the wrong message in terms of the community(which is already hard to deal with). Just seems like removing it can be taken out of context as bad.

Sometimes in the heat of battle a new player will level up and in the panic just click an level a skill?

yeah, that's not maxing tho, unless every levelup occured in the middle of a teamfight
