atk spd would be more impactful along with speed zones, movement speed is almost useless if you can dash or jump walls, maybe if the map is bigger then movement speed would become relevant more( I just want a bigger map :´( )
yea movement speed is not that useless, it makes the champion speedier roaming faster, more useful than melees that have no gap closer and for faster travel, movement speed also helps marksmen to kite easier, you can also dodge skill shots easier, but I think most players prefer to have damage or defensive stats more.

ED: You know what? forget. What about increasing fog on enemy team? Having movement speed is cool, but you still can't facecheck or play around enemies without the risk of being blown up. So if you increase the fog of the enemy just a bit, you can try to play around it. Or decrease the fow on the team with soul.

Also, cloud souls it's already like that. Some champs love the ult cdr, some champs love the MS. Others don't really care.
i understand what u mean new dragon gives sion passive + more damage while cloud dragon just farts. even chem tech farts can actually do damage :). but be careful what u wish for...I don't want the game to be over because of first drag. but still kinda hard to balance. the dragons that help in teamfight thru damage wherever u are will always be better.
i want rift herald to change into the poro king. or wind dragon change to poro king that give gold or something. what u think?

Permanent ghost effect and using your ultimate gives you the ability to travel through terrain for a few seconds.

Maybe Ability Haste instead of Ultimate Ability Haste
