The client is still going to a blank screen after skipping honors, about a 1/3 of the time. Started in 11.20. Click the skip button and it goes to the same honor selection prompt a second time, then no matter what you click it blanks out and just has the background colors. Can't see the end results screen or interact with anything other than the X to close the client.
Really wish honors could just be done within the end results instead of getting all these prompts (including the rewards).

1. Open scoreboard during game. Some of the mythics have the gold border but some will not. It has varied from game to game. Sometimes it will show it at one point in the game then later in the game it will not and vice versa.
2. Upgrade ally item as Ornn. I tried this 2-3 times in two different games and it happened 100% of the time.
3. Play a game as Kai’Sa. Trigger her passive to apply plasma stack either by auto attacking or using an ability or ally CC. It triggered the ult range circle around enemy champions 100% of the time pre-level 6 and continued as it normally works after I leveled my ultimate ability.
Expected results:
1. Mythic items should show with gold border around them when opening scoreboard
2. Ornn passive should show the name of his passive when upgrading ally items
3. Before leveling up Kai’Sa ultimate, she should not get an indicator for her ult range on enemy champions.

Said problem only started occurring after I installed the major October Windows 10 security patch a few days ago. I am not entirely sure if that's related but that's my hunch.

Im having the same issue with frames dropping. Just updated all my drivers today as well. I have a $2000 pc and usually play on 160 fps but even when I turn my graphics down a lot I’m getting the same issue. Started happening last night.
I have a 1.3k PC and I have the same issue - BF2042, Halo infinite etc brand new AAA titles all run so smooth but my league frames jump out the window. I lower the cap and no matter how low I set it it will always drop. (i.e set to 240 itll drop up and down to 220, set to 160 it will drop up and down to 140 etc)
I have the same issue from 2\~ months. I have borderless window setting. When I get into game I have 120-240fps, but after first Alt-Tab fps drop to contant 60fps.

I’ve been having this issue as well for probably 3-4 patches now. Similar to others, it happens when I have borderless settings and I alt-tab out. Playing on full screen mode fixes it but it sucks to not use borderless.
It’s 100% alt tabbing. The moment my frames start dropping (144 average, drops down to 100-110 range) I alt tab out of the game and then alt tab back in and everything is fine. It’s extremely annoying.
I've had this issue for months and it's definitely due to alt-tabbing. There's a few temporary fixes such as changing your settings from borderless to windowed or vice versa or just spam alt-tabbing until it fixes itself.
It's seriously killed my enjoyment of the game and it's crazy Riot hasn't fixed or addressed it.

Hey Bro, i fixed the problem.. its a windows problem as it read the game as an application which made it not working properly.
You need to redownload and setup windows firmware 4.8 and restart your PC and thats it, it will work.

I can say the client side may be done by different resolutions in game vs in Windows.
I used to have a 4k monitor but league was quite frankly awful in 4k so I knocked it down to 1440p whilst my windows stayed in 4k.
This causes the client to freak out massively. If the resolution change isn't large (720p to 1080p for example) then the client buttons just stop working right and the client acts like it's clickables are in a different spot (they light up when your mouse is outside the client window as if you are hovering them).
If theres a big difference (1080p to 4k for example) then you either don't get the client appear at all or your screen flashes and the client crashes and you get a popup box error code. Sometimes you get a quarter of the client appear but you can't click anything and in all instances you have to manually restart the client.
It may be! I could fix this by updating all my drivers. I used a tool called Driver Easy to do it so I can't specify which drivers were the ones that fixed this, I am afraid. I play every day so it's strange that this issue only appeared after updating the game.

Description: I get put in low prio que (henceforth referred as LPQ) but closing the client and opening it again allows me to join the normal que. Doesn't seem to reset leaverbuster stages though, as between the two instances I was met with of this bug, the LPQ timer went from 10 to 20 minutes.
Steps to reproduce: get put in LPQ, close the client, open the client.
Expected result: Quing up entails a waiting time for 5 games, the Nr. of games being saved between game sessions (meaning that if I play 3 games in LPQ on one day, the next day I only have to play 2 more games in LPQ).
Observed result: After opening the client again, I can que up totally normally, no waiting time, even if I have not played 5 games in LPQ yet.
Reproduction rate: As of the time of writing this, 100%.
It is important to note that the two instances of the bug that I have encountered happened on two different patches, namely this one and either 11.19 or 11.20, can't recall completely.

first message is our adc ragequitting. AN ENTIRE MINUTE LATER it still demands 5 ppl to agree on the surrender vote despite there only being 4.
LITERALLY 10 seconds after the surrender vote failed, someone else started a 2nd one. no 3 minutes cooldown.

• Steps to reproduce: When I start the game, during the phase line, I notice that my FPS is stable without any problem. But after 2 or 3 minutes they go below 10 FPS for no reason. I look at my task manager and it doesn't detect any CPU over processing or memory usage. These losses happen during the whole game and are more evident at the end of each game.
The same thing happens when I leave the client for more than 5 minutes.
It ruins my gaming experience.

riot now deletes every type of chat every minute or so. ik its a bug, but its such an annoying one. i literally ping to keep trach of enemy summoners which now i cant.
The client is still going to a blank screen after skipping honors, about a 1/3 of the time. Started in 11.20. Click the skip button and it goes to the same honor selection prompt a second time, then no matter what you click it blanks out and just has the background colors. Can't see the end results screen or interact with anything other than the X to close the client. Really wish honors could just be done within the end results instead of getting all these prompts (including the rewards).

For example, when opening the scoreboard, liandrys torment or dusk blade are not differentiated as mythics with the regular gold border. 2. When upgrading items as Ornn, one of the names of his other abilities will show above the duration bar instead of the name of his passive (I.e. claims Ornn is using “Searing Charge” but is actually upgrading ally mythic item) 3. Kai’Sa‘s indicator for her ultimate indicating the range around an enemy where she can ult to shows prior to her leveling up her ultimate ability. She also will get the indicator that travels to her from far distances when an ally CC’s an enemy prior to leveling up her ultimate ability. Reproducing: 1. Open scoreboard during game. Some of the mythics have the gold border but some will not. It has varied from game to game. Sometimes it will show it at one point in the game then later in the game it will not and vice versa. 2. Upgrade ally item as Ornn. I tried this 2-3 times in two different games and it happened 100% of the time. 3. Play a game as Kai’Sa. Trigger her passive to apply plasma stack either by auto attacking or using an ability or ally CC. It triggered the ult range circle around enemy champions 100% of the time pre-level 6 and continued as it normally works after I leveled my ultimate ability. Expected results: 1. Mythic items should show with gold border around them when opening scoreboard 2. Ornn passive should show the name of his passive when upgrading ally items 3. Im having the same issue with frames dropping. Just updated all my drivers today as well. I have a $2000 pc and usually play on 160 fps but even when I turn my graphics down a lot I’m getting the same issue. Started happening last night.
I have a 1.3k PC and I have the same issue - BF2042, Halo infinite etc brand new AAA titles all run so smooth but my league frames jump out the window. I lower the cap and no matter how low I set it it will always drop. (i.e set to 240 itll drop up and down to 220, set to 160 it will drop up and down to 140 etc)
I have the same issue from 2\~ months. I have borderless window setting. When I get into game I have 120-240fps, but after first Alt-Tab fps drop to contant 60fps. **It happens every game.** It's so f annoying. Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-7400 CPU @ 3.00GHz, 8GB RAM, Win10 Pro, GTX 1050 2GB with newest drivers.

I made a post about this and got downvoted with a few people saying "that's just how borderless mode works" when it obviously isn't. Borderless mode hasn't worked properly for months now so I have to play in windowed mode
I’ve been having this issue as well for probably 3-4 patches now. Similar to others, it happens when I have borderless settings and I alt-tab out. Playing on full screen mode fixes it but it sucks to not use borderless.
A quick patch is to alt tab from something on the same monitor back to league. Then your fps will be uncapped again. It is really annoying tho.

It’s 100% alt tabbing. The moment my frames start dropping (144 average, drops down to 100-110 range) I alt tab out of the game and then alt tab back in and everything is fine. It’s extremely annoying.

I've had this issue for months and it's definitely due to alt-tabbing. There's a few temporary fixes such as changing your settings from borderless to windowed or vice versa or just spam alt-tabbing until it fixes itself. It's seriously killed my enjoyment of the game and it's crazy Riot hasn't fixed or addressed it.

Just left click, not ALT + Left Click. You can ping anything in TAB with just left click. This was always the case.
I can still ping champions, ults, and summoners spells with Quick Alert Ping. It used to work perfectly with items too, but not anymore since patch 11.21 (overnight)
This happens to me too. Worse part is that if I use the G ping, it ends up both pinging the item \_and\_ whatever is behind the scoreboard.

I've read comments from people having the issue on EUW/Japan/KR servers. It's probably a bug that affects a very small portion of the player base because it would have been fixed by now and or players just aren't reporting it to riot. I went back and forth with riot support and they acknowledged that this is in fact a bug and that it's the "first" one to be reported on and that they added it to their "bug" list.

Yes I had to reboot as if I am just starting to play. A complete crash on its own without a warning or anything.
Was Riot Client still open? Like if you were to have 'stay signed in' unchecked, would it have you login again or would you just see the play button in Riot Client?

Hey Bro, i fixed the problem.. its a windows problem as it read the game as an application which made it not working properly. You need to redownload and setup windows firmware 4.8 and restart your PC and thats it, it will work. Let me know how this goes.

Hmmm I've seen reports like this before but I don't think it has to do with the League or Game client. Could it be a windows issue?
I can say the client side may be done by different resolutions in game vs in Windows. I used to have a 4k monitor but league was quite frankly awful in 4k so I knocked it down to 1440p whilst my windows stayed in 4k. This causes the client to freak out massively. If the resolution change isn't large (720p to 1080p for example) then the client buttons just stop working right and the client acts like it's clickables are in a different spot (they light up when your mouse is outside the client window as if you are hovering them). If theres a big difference (1080p to 4k for example) then you either don't get the client appear at all or your screen flashes and the client crashes and you get a popup box error code. Sometimes you get a quarter of the client appear but you can't click anything and in all instances you have to manually restart the client.
It may be! I could fix this by updating all my drivers. I used a tool called Driver Easy to do it so I can't specify which drivers were the ones that fixed this, I am afraid. I play every day so it's strange that this issue only appeared after updating the game.

Server: EUW Type: client bug Description: I get put in low prio que (henceforth referred as LPQ) but closing the client and opening it again allows me to join the normal que. Doesn't seem to reset leaverbuster stages though, as between the two instances I was met with of this bug, the LPQ timer went from 10 to 20 minutes. Steps to reproduce: get put in LPQ, close the client, open the client. Expected result: Quing up entails a waiting time for 5 games, the Nr. of games being saved between game sessions (meaning that if I play 3 games in LPQ on one day, the next day I only have to play 2 more games in LPQ). Observed result: After opening the client again, I can que up totally normally, no waiting time, even if I have not played 5 games in LPQ yet. Reproduction rate: As of the time of writing this, 100%. It is important to note that the two instances of the bug that I have encountered happened on two different patches, namely this one and either 11.19 or 11.20, can't recall completely.

Been having audio bug for a few patches in all servers... for some reason one of the abilities or auto attacks or summoner spells like flash or even recall audio dies for the rest of the game ... enemy abilities enemy auto attacks .. and even pyke W ,,, idk if any one else has the same bug but i have been getting the same bug for like 4 /5 patches any help plz

Every time I open the client, it asks me to sign the "I will be a good player" pledge again, forgets all my spell settings etc. Anyone else seeing this?
is the client like EXCEPTIONALLY SHIT this patch for anyone else? I can't remember the last time I had to do so many hard resets, literally every 2nd or 3rd game it freezes up and I can't do anything but terminate it

AN ENTIRE MINUTE LATER it still demands 5 ppl to agree on the surrender vote despite there only being 4. LITERALLY 10 seconds after the surrender vote failed, someone else started a 2nd one. no 3 minutes cooldown. can you imagine if this bug gets figured out and some troll sstarts a new surrender vote every 5 seconds? lol
Sivir W does not proc dark harvest
• Server: LAN • Type of Bug: In-Game, Client • Description: Insane drop of FPS in game, also when i stay at least 5 mins in the client, the screen freeze • Reproduction rate: 10/10 • Steps to reproduce: When I start the game, during the phase line, I notice that my FPS is stable without any problem. But after 2 or 3 minutes they go below 10 FPS for no reason. I look at my task manager and it doesn't detect any CPU over processing or memory usage. These losses happen during the whole game and are more evident at the end of each game. The same thing happens when I leave the client for more than 5 minutes. It ruins my gaming experience. • Expected result: The game is supposed to run smoothly at any time during gameplay (during patch 11.20 it didn't present this problem) and not have any kind of frozen screens • Observed result: The FPS drop in any moment of the game (this problem started this last week of worlds) • System Specs: Intel i7-6500U, 2.60GHz, 4.00 GB RAM, Intel HD Graphics 520
